We are delighted to introduce our newly designed organic and eco-friendly face coverings. In an attempt to create a more sustainable fashion and textile industry all of our new face coverings are made from 100% organic natural eco-friendly fabric and are printed using eco- friendly ink.

- Ultra breathable , anti-bacterial , anti-moist and anti-odor fabric (choose your fabric for the outer shell of the mask in the drop down options when purchasing)
- 100% cotton lining
- Inner pocket in which you can insert a filter or medical mask
- Elastic adjustable straps
- Hand wash with a light detergent. Reuse. Always.

Just to clarify: although the fabric of the face coverings are anti-bacterial, it won't filter viruses or bacteria as you inhale through the mask. However, you can insert an extra filter inside the inner pocket of the mask for extra protection.
All of the inks used for our new face masks have been certified with the worldwide certification of Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Our eco-friendly fabric has the global certification of the ISO / TR 11827: 2012.
DELIVERIES
All orders are dispatched using UK standard delivery.This will take approximately 2-5 working days.
Orders to the EU are will take approximately 3-7 working days. Delivery duties are unpaid.
Shipping to the rest of the world is estimated at 5 -14 days depending on the country. Delivery duties are unpaid.

RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to returns@mystylistlondon.co.uk to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will e-mail you to confirm your request.
All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags,canvas bags as well as care instructions, jewellery tags, jewellery and clothing tags should be included in your return.
Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
Shapewear should be tried on over underwear and returned in a sellable condition.
Items must not be soiled. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected.
We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or courier, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
REFUND POLICY
No returns on SALE items.
Accepted returns will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of goods returned.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Please note refunds to credit/debit card can take up to 5 working days.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.
If you want a different item, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
If the item you have requested for an exchange is available, we will send you a new order confirmation.
If the exchange requested is not available, you will be contacted directly and a full refund will be processed.
The same returns policy applies for exchanged goods.
